Don’t Just Watch, Cover It! Media Passes are available for Photographers, Videographers or Journalists.
To apply for a media pass for one of our events please download the form below, selecting the event you wish to come to from the dropdown.
Fill in and return by email to media@santapod.com or post to the address on the bottom of the form.
We will notify you to let you know if your application has been successful.
If you are a Social Media Influencer with a good following and would like a guest pass to an event at Santa Pod Raceway, please complete the Application Form and put Influencer as role.

Conditions of Access
By attending this event you agree to the following conditions of access:
Photographs from this event are only for use in editorial press publications (with correct crediting of the promoter and event) and it is strictly prohibited to use these photographs for commercial purposes. Any other use needs to be discussed with and approved by Trakbak Racing Ltd before the event. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in legal action.
Drone Use
Drone use is not permitted at FIA events.
Drone use is only allowed at MSUK events with prior approval of SPR and MSUK. Download MSUK Policy and Accreditation forms.
Drone use is only allowed at SPR event with prior approval. Please complete an application form above and put Drone Operator as Role.
