The world’s longest-running VW weekender has been delivering unforgettable shows for 50 years, from the early days at Stoneleigh, the NAS Stoneleigh shows, then Herts County Showground, and now at Santa Pod! With half a century of history, VW Action is the ultimate celebration of all things Volkswagen.
This year’s event will continue the tradition of delivering events for true VW enthusiasts. VW Action is a show to which people are happy to bring their young family members, and yet which provides full on entertainment for all of its visitors, whatever their age or interests.
More than anything else, VW Action is about the cars. Action welcomes Early and late Vans and Buses, ‘Old’ and New Beetles, Golfs, Polos, and every other representative of the water cooled range, street cars, show cars and race cars – So, make sure to be at Santa Pod for the first weekend of September.

If your vehicle is your everyday transport then it's not expected to be flawless, so don't be shy. In this competition especially, cars that are genuinely 'everyday transport' often win out over cars that are immaculate but questionably in 'frequent' use. Entry in this event is a MUST if you are proud of your VW.
Sunday Only - 16 & Under
Show & Shine will include a trophies for ‘vehicles’ owned by those 16s and under. This can be bikes, pedal cars, scoots, carts such as radio flyers, tot rods - in fact any wheeled ‘transport’. This is a great opportunity for the younger enthusiast to be actively involved. Entry is on the day.
