Top Fuel Dragster

The headline class at the Main Event is Top Fuel Dragster. These cars run on nitromethane and can reach speeds in excess of 300mph accelerating from 0 - 100mph in under one second! (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Funny Car

Modern Nitro Funny Cars have the same engines as Top Fuel Dragsters but have tilt-up carbon fibre bodies with the engine in front of the driver. (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Pro Mod

These cars run 0-250 mph in under 6 seconds! Full-bodied cars with massive engines and monster attitude. Pro Mod is the Motorsport UK British Drag Racing Championship class. (Sat, Sun & Mon)

FIA Pro Stock

Petrol-burning doorslammers with very tight sets of rules governing appearance and specifications. Cars closely resemble production models, but are capable of hitting 6-second passes on the track! (Sat, Sun & Mon)

FIA Top Methanol

Running on less expensive fuel but almost as fast as their nitro cousins and highly competitive. Dragsters and Funny Cars compete together. (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Nostalgia Funny Car

Nostalgia Funny Cars have classic body styles replicating the golden age of drag racing. Expect Long smoky burnouts followed by wild runs with times deep into the 6 second zone. (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Unlike other motorsport venues, the public are able to walk around the pits and watch the crews work on their cars and bikes. (All days)

Fireforce 3

The awesome Fireforce 3 Jet Car will be thundering down the strip. The Pratt & Whitney J60 jet engine develops thrust equivalent to more than 10,000hp and can run the quarter-mile in 5 seconds with a terminal speed of 270mph! (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Fireforce 5

The FireForce 5 Jet Dragster will be lighting up the quarter mile in just over 5 seconds. Powered by a Pratt & Whitney J60 engine, it develops thrust equivalent to more than 10,000hp. (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Firestorm Jet Car

Roger Goring's Ford Mustang-bodied jet car is capable of 6 second passes at over 200mph down the quarter mile. It is the only centre-driven Jet Funny Car outside the USA and is propelled by a General Electric J85 turbojet engine. (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Monster Truck - Podzilla

This mighty 10,000lbs, 1350hp monster truck driven by Garry Anderson and supported by Lucas Oil, will be crushing everything in its path. (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Monster Truck - Swamp Thing

Joining Podzilla to wreak havoc in the arena is Swamp thing, the UK Monster Truck Nationals winning monster truck, driven by Tony Dixon. (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Stunt Display - Terry Grant

Multiple world record holder and professional stunt driver Terry Grant will be putting on an action packed, precision driving stunt show. (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Live Stage

The Main Event will host a Live Music Stage with Bands playing after racing on Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings. DJs will open the stage at 6pm with bands playing from 7pm till 10.30pm. After the band finish on the Live Stage, the music will continue with DJs in Fuelers Bar till late. (Fri, Sat & Sun)

2Seater Thrill Ride

Watch as the brave and the lucky get to ride down the strip in the 7 second Santa Pod 2Seater dragster. See the 2Seater page for how to book a ride.

Fun Fair Rides

All the fun of the fair with Dodgems, Waltzers, Arcades, Candy Floss and Sideshows! (All days)

Tokens available indivually or in bundles: Get 27 funfair tokens for £25 or 55 tokens for £50 and really keep the kids busy for hours! Each token counts as £1 when redeemed. (Tokens can be purchased via cash or card at the Central Token Box and are non-refundable.)

Ride Prices (tokens): Dodgems - 5 (1 or 2 in a car), Extreme - 4, Waltzer - 4, Sizzler - 4, Trampolines - 3, Kids Rides - 3. (Only Tokens, No cash will be accepted on rides)

Pacific Bounce Inflatables

Let the kids bounce and play all day with a selection of exciting inflatables, a climbing wall and Go Karts. Pay per session or get unlimited goes on the inflatables with a wristband for £15. (All days)

Dinosaur

Meet and greet a roarsome dinosaur as it roams free in the main catering area. (Sat, Sun & Mon)

Traders

There will be traders at the show selling anything from clothing to stickers and collectables.

Camping

Bars & Caterers

There are licensed bars and caterers on site selling food and drink. You can pay for items on site from our catering units and Pod Shop with contactless card payment or cash. There are cash machines in the catering area and Pod Shop. View Caterer details

Pamper Pod

The Pamper Pod is equipped with mirrors, electric points, dressing tables and chairs, you can freshen up in the morning or get dolled up for the evening. So whether you want to straighten that frizz, create some curls or apply that lippy, come along to the Pamper Pod and make yourself ready. (7-11am & 4-8pm Fri, Sat & Sun, 7-11am Mon)

VIP/Hospitality

Come along and enjoy the VIP experience including lunch and balcony viewing. Don't worry if you've already booked your tickets, you can still upgrade for a great day out or a gift.

Something that will make the life of any good “caravanner” or “motorhomer” that bit easier is electric hook-up for the duration of your stay.
