Big Money, Street Style Race!

The Doorslammers which ran in the 1970’s and 1980’s is back at Santa Pod in a bigger and better format, along with a huge prize fund.

There will be seven heads-up classes along with one huge Bracket class featuring over 220 racers from across Europe!

Testing on Friday, Qualifying on Friday & Saturday, Eliminations on Sunday.

VW Only RWYB + Doorslammer Racers

The drag strip will be open for you to take your own car down the track with timing data at ETSlips! (Fri Only 9.30am to 5pm)

Race Vouchers available online only, in advance and throughout the day. You will still need to visit the Sign On Office to show your driving licence and your race voucher e-ticket before hitting the track. Please note an Admission ticket is required in addition to your RWYB Race Voucher.

Show & Shine - Sunday

Open to VWs Only. Including Rust & Rat

Restored, modified or original… if you've got a cool VW that you want to show off, get it out of the car park and into the Show & Shine Paddock. (Sunday)

How to Take Part:

• Get your vehicle over to the Show Car Paddock on Sunday morning from 8.30am, where you will be parked up.
• Fill in your entry form, available from the Show & Shine unit.
• Make sure you're back in the Show & Shine area for the presentations to see if you've won.

Show Car Parking - Saturday

No prizes, no judging. Just somewhere cool to park your VW if you want it to be seen on Saturday. (Saturday)

Fireforce 5

The FireForce 5 Jet Dragster will be lighting up the quarter mile in just over 5 seconds. Powered by a Pratt & Whitney J60 engine, it develops thrust equivalent to more than 10,000hp. (Sat & Sun)

Oklahoma Willy - The Jet Bus

This 1958 VW pick up spent most of her life on a farm in Oklahoma and has undergone a total nut and bolt restoration. The Rolls Royce Viper 535 jet engine is from a fighter jet with an afterburner added to produce a maximum power output of 5000 lbs of thrust. (Sat & Sun)

Beautiful Trauma are the ultimate live P!nk experience, featuring Stacy Green as P!nk! Stacy is an international, award winning P!nk impersonator and this amazing act can be seen with a phenomenal band to create the excitement and majesty of P!nk. All the massive sing along songs are coveredso if you are a P!nk fan then you will not want to miss this show! (Sat, Stage)

Fun Fair Rides

All the fun of the fair with Dodgems, Waltzers, Arcades, Candy Floss and Sideshows! (All days)

Tokens available indivually or in bundles: Get 27 funfair tokens for £25 or 55 tokens for £50 and really keep the kids busy for hours! Each token counts as £1 when redeemed. (Tokens can be purchased via cash or card at the Central Token Box and are non-refundable.)

Ride Prices (tokens): Dodgems - 5 (1 or 2 in a car), Extreme - 4, Waltzer - 4, Sizzler - 4, Trampolines - 3, Kids Rides - 3. (Only Tokens, No cash will be accepted on rides)

Pacific Bounce Inflatables

Let the kids bounce and play all day with a selection of exciting inflatables, a climbing wall and Go Karts. Pay per session or get unlimited goes on the inflatables with a wristband for £15. (All days)

Wonder Wheelers

Weird and Whacky Bicycles, Unicycles, Penny Farthings, Bendy Bikes, Tall Bikes, Mini-Bikes and Mini-Tandems, Eccentric Wheelers, Circus Bikes, Pedal Goes and more! Fun for all ages.

Kids Disco

There will be a kids disco in Fuelers Bar on Saturday Early Evening. For kids aged 4 to 11.

There’s no better way to experience VW Breakout than having an allocated club camping area.

Retrojumble & Cars 4 Sale

Buyers: Retrojumble is your chance to find rare & vintage parts for your classic Vee-Dub.

Sellers: If you have a veritable scrapyard of second hand parts at home or just a handful of spares, autojumble is the place to sell. Book your 6m x 6m spot in advance online for £40 or it's first come first served on the day for £50. NO CLOTHING ALLOWED

Cars For Sale Paddock: Just like the small ads, but instead of a little picture, you get to look at the whole car! Free for buyers and sellers. Just turn up on the day.

Traders

There will be traders at the show selling anything from clothing to stickers and collectables.

Pamper Pod

The Pamper Pod is equipped with mirrors, electric points, dressing tables and chairs, you can freshen up in the morning or get dolled up for the evening. So whether you want to straighten that frizz, create some curls or apply that lippy, come along to the Pamper Pod and make yourself ready. (4-8pm Fri, 7-11am & 4-8pm Sat, 7-11am Sun)

Bars & Caterers

There are licensed bars and caterers on site selling food and drink. You can pay for items on site from our catering units and Pod Shop with contactless card payment or cash. There are cash machines in the catering area and Pod Shop. View Caterer details

Something that will make the life of any good “caravanner” or “motorhomer” that bit easier is electric hook-up for the duration of your stay.
