Terms & Conditions

The following Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Kestrel Loyalty Card. (These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of your Kestrel Loyalty Card and govern the relationship between Trakbak Racing Ltd t/as Santa Pod Raceway ("Santa Pod", "we" or "us") and you. Use of your Kestrel Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. Kestrel Beer Loyalty Card at Santa Pod Raceway

Our Kestrel Beer Loyalty Card is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you at certain events when you visit Santa Pod Raceway (exclusively). It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each Card User must only use the Card in accordance with the Scheme rules.

Each Card is personal to the Cardholder or relevant Card User to whom it is issued and neither the Card nor the reward can be used by or transferred to any other person.

The Kestrel Beer Loyalty Card Scheme is open to anyone aged 18 or over.

Santa Pod Raceway and Kestrel Beer will not be liable for any costs or losses which arise in connection with the stamp card program being cancelled or amended.

Loyalty Card Benefits

To receive and redeem your free Kestrel Beer on your Kestrel Beer Loyalty Card you must purchase 9 pints, cans or a mix of Kestrel Beer (for personal consumption or to be shared amongst others). Then once you have filled the Loyalty Card, show it to any member of staff in any bar at Santa Pod Raceway and they will take the card and give you a pint on us.

Loyalty Stamps can be earned on the purchase of any Kestrel Beer product at Santa Pod Raceway. Loyalty Stamps cannot be earned via the Kestrel Beer website or any other location/method of purchase outside of Santa Pod Raceway.

Loyalty Stamps are not awarded on the purchase of Kestrel Beer or The Flying Kestrel merchandise products, discounted products or purchases paid for with vouchers. Certain other products may also be excluded from the scheme….

Any Loyalty Stamps earned on purchases which are subsequently cancelled or refunded will be deducted from the Loyalty Card.

To earn a Loyalty Stamp on purchases, the Loyalty Card must be presented prior to purchase. Loyalty Stamps cannot be added after the transaction is completed. If you forget to get your Loyalty Card stamped, please note that it is not possible to get stamps added retrospectively at a later date.
Loyalty Stamps or completed Loyalty Cards have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you wish to dispute the balance on your Loyalty Card, you must be able to provide your till receipts. 

Cancellation, Termination and Expiry

In certain instances where the member is suspected of abusing the Loyalty Card scheme, that member’s card will be forfeited and unused stamps will be cancelled. Santa Pod raceway reserves the right to refuse any customer’s Loyalty Card.

Your Loyalty Card expires 30 days after the issue date printed on your card. Expired stamps on an event specific card cannot be transferred to a new card, redeemed, or reinstated.  You will not be able to use your Loyalty Card once it has ceased to be valid.

Santa Pod reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the Loyalty Card Scheme on reasonable notice; such changes will be posted on the promotions page.
The amended terms will apply to the use of your Loyalty Card.

Loss, Theft and Damage

Santa Pod Raceway is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards. However, we will replace any lost, stolen, or damaged cards with a new card.  Your replacement card will be given to you in person once you have notified us of your lost/stolen or damaged card. 

You are responsible for any unauthorised payments using your Loyalty Card.  Therefore, please keep your card safe and do not allow others to use it.

Santa Pod Raceway Ltd does not warrant or represent that your Loyalty Card will always be accepted.  For example, if the event in question isn’t registered as an event where you can use your Loyalty Card.
