
Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. Please comply with all instructions of marshals and notices and remain in permitted areas only. They are concerned with your safety.
Please observe the following rules to ensure that your time at Santa Pod Raceway and that of all our other visitors is safe and enjoyable.
Strict 10 MPH speed limit site-wide (except drag strip). Watch for pedestrians, especially children. No unlicensed vehicles, roadway parking, or driving after 9 PM. No stunts in roadways/campsites. Park in designated areas only, following marshal instructions.
Motorsport can be loud. Ear Protection is recommended when in close proximity to the track especially for young children. Ear Protection is available to purchase from the merchandise outlets on site.
Medical assistance can be found at the Medical Centre, located at the bottom of the concrete ramp down the bank.
Security will be on site at all times throughout the event to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable time. Their instructions must be followed at all times. Please contact them in any emergency.
All offers and discounts are to be used individually and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Anyone under the age of 16 wishing to attend MUST be accompanied by someone over the age of 18. Those who are ages 16 or 17 are allowed to attend unaccompanied, but we would strongly advise that this decision is made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Please dispose of your litter in the refuse sacks provided and/or in the clearly marked bins throughout the site.
Please ensure all your valuables are carried with you or locked securely out of sight in your vehicle.
Never enter restricted areas, even if it looks safe.
For visitor safety and comfort - raised viewing structures, tents or BBQ are not permitted on the spectator banking. Low level chairs are accepted but must NOT be used on any pathways or access points.
No open fires. Contained, raised fires (e.g., firepits, chimineas) and off-grass BBQs (campsites only) are permitted. Cool and dispose of properly. Any fires deemed a risk may be stopped. Wood collection is prohibited and will result in ejection.
No glass bottles, jars etc allowed on site. This is for you and your car's safety and especially for those in the camping areas.
No dogs or pets are allowed on site (Explanation here).
Fireworks of any kind and Chinese Lanterns are not permitted on site. Chinese lanterns are a fire hazard.
Do not trespass onto any of the adjoining private fields or woods.
Independent sound systems are not allowed on site. Any music should be played at a reasonable level and all music should be switched off at 11PM.
No unauthorised aerial drones of any kind are permitted over the site.
Dealing in or using illegal substances is prohibited at Santa Pod, aligning with UK law. Security actively monitors and cooperates with Bedfordshire Police. Possession of illegal or offensive/dangerous items will lead to confiscation and potential eviction. Larger quantities will result in police involvement.
Outside of official event opening times the raceway is considered a construction site. Certain areas are dangerous, if you choose to leave the campsite or car park areas, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Display or sale of hate symbols (e.g., Nazi, Confederate, KKK) is banned at Santa Pod. This includes stickers, patches, and flags. Offenders may be refused entry or removed to ensure a welcoming environment for our diverse visitors. Security will enforce this policy.
Anyone found distributing flyers without prior permission will be removed from site.
