Display the best cars that your club has to offer and book a club space today! There’s no better way to experience a Santa Pod car show than having an allocated club area in the heart of the show! Tarmac space is sometimes limited so avoid disappointment and book early. Once tarmac is full, clubs will be located on grass. Club camping on grass is also available for those wishing to make a weekend of it!
Important New Club Booking Information
We have made some changes to our club booking procedures for 2025
- Minimum of 5 vehicles are required for a club pitch.
- Reduced price Club Ticket – unique code issued
- Reduced booking fee on Club Tickets.
- Free email delivery (postage delivery an extra cost)
How to Book
Firstly, your car club organiser completes the online application form to register their interest in attending. These are available on the relevant event page.
Once we’ve received the application, we will contact the organiser and provide them with a unique online code that they can then forward to their members. Either the organiser or their members can use this code on the online ticket shop to book their club tickets at a discounted rate. The discounted rate is available up until 2 weeks before the date of the event.
You will required to select your preferred ‘zone’ at one day shows.
When members do this, they will be added to club stand booking list. Then, based on the final number of cars booked in, we’ll automatically allocate your club with an area of the right size. The club organisers will still need to keep updating their numbers with Santa Pod, as members book themselves in.
